We separate official or provider information from what visitors have told us about their own experience, and we always show the date information was last checked.

What the information-source labels mean

Verified by us: An editor visited, phoned, or checked the venue's own published accessibility statement against these fields on the date shown.
Stated by the venue, not independently checked: The venue or its owner supplied these details, for example through an access statement or in response to our request. We have recorded them as given, without an independent check.
Submitted by a community member: A visitor told us this information based on their own visit. It has not been checked against the venue's own statement.
Demonstration record: Invented sample data used to show how this directory works. It does not describe a real venue. Do not use the contact details shown.
