Responsibilities

  • Run peer support groups
  • One-to-one support sessions
  • Contribute to service development meetings

Essential criteria

  • Personal lived experience of mental health recovery
  • Willingness to complete peer support training

Accessible recruitment

  • Lived-experience of mental health conditions welcomed and valued
  • Interview panel includes a peer support worker

Flexible working

  • Part-time, 16 to 20 hours a week
  • Flexible day pattern
