About the role

Support residents to use the library, including digital and accessible-format services, as part of a small branch team.

Responsibilities

  • Help visitors find books and use library computers
  • Run the weekly accessible reading group
  • Process returns and renewals

Essential criteria

  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable using basic IT systems
  • Able to work Saturdays on rota
