About the role
Support residents to use the library, including digital and accessible-format services, as part of a small branch team.
Responsibilities
- Help visitors find books and use library computers
- Run the weekly accessible reading group
- Process returns and renewals
Essential criteria
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable using basic IT systems
- Able to work Saturdays on rota
