About this event

ME Awareness Week is held each May to raise understanding of myalgic encephalomyelitis, also known as chronic fatigue syndrome.

This demonstration session covers pacing techniques and how to talk to employers and GPs about energy-limiting conditions.

What to expect

  • A gentle pace with a five-minute rest break included.
  • Recording and slides shared afterwards for anyone unable to attend live.
