About this event

Purple Tuesday is a UK-wide initiative held each November encouraging businesses to improve the shopping experience for disabled customers.

This demonstration evening reduces sensory input across the centre and offers extra staff support for anyone who needs it.

What to expect

  • Shops open as normal but with lower lighting and no background music.
  • Staff wearing badges to show they have had disability awareness training.
