Reporting a fluctuating condition on Universal Credit

Demonstration content. My condition means some months I can work more hours than others, and I struggled to explain this in my journal at first.

I now write a short note every time my capability changes, with the date, rather than waiting for my next work coach meeting.

This is what has worked for me in reporting changes, not advice on your own claim or entitlement.
