Demonstration content. Our council initially refused dedicated transport, and it took a written request plus a letter from his paediatrician describing his mobility needs before it was agreed.
Keeping copies of every letter sent and received made the eventual appeal much quicker.
Rules on school transport vary by council and by nation, so check your own local authority's policy.
