Demonstration content. Our mandatory reconsideration took longer than the guidance suggested, and calling for updates every few weeks, while keeping a note of each call, felt like the only way to keep it moving.
Citizens Advice helped me structure the extra evidence I sent in, which focused on specific daily living difficulties rather than a general description.
