Demonstration content. Booking a BSL interpreter for team meetings, rather than relying on colleagues to relay information, made a huge difference to how included I felt.
I also asked for important announcements to be put in writing, since relying on lip reading across a noisy open-plan office was exhausting.
My employer was generally responsive, but every workplace and every Deaf person's preferences are different.
